I have noticed that I do very well when I have my computer off or I go on a long lunch. I trade better when I am not trading at all. Usually if I sit in front of the computer all day, I will close half of the position too soon or I will overtrade. Even adjusting a stop up can generate a lot of missed profits.
This month I am going to try to shut everything down early after lunch and go for a long walk so that my winners will run and I won't overtrade. The alerts are one of the things I like most about Cybertrader.
