I have been buying one of these bars every day. They are delicious and healthy and at $0.99 a bar, they are less expensive than all of the other health bars.
Each bar has 5g of fiber, 8g of protein, 2.2g of omega-3 fatty acids, no refined sugar or flour, and only 0.5g of saturated fat.
