MCO has been a very good investment as it made a new all-time high today and continues its trend. Earnings are Friday.
HIBB has been another good investment and earnings are in mid August.
BFAM made a new high on good earnings news. It has also been a great investment.
Trends are not unique to the stock market. People are the same way. If someone has demonstrated a habit in the past, it is likely they will continue the trend in the future.
It isn't always the case, but it is most likely.
GIGA was up over 20% today, but then earnings came out after the close and it is down 28% AH.

I saw a special pre-screening of the Constant Gardner last night - the new film of City of God director Fernando Meirelles. Unfortunately I didn't like it at all. However, the director had just arrived from Brazil and was there to answer questions. He seemed like a nice guy.
