Ugly Chart : Chess in Washington Square Park

Here is a picture I took of Ugly playing a game of chess in Washington Square Park. Yes, this is right after he was harassed and right before he was almost shot.

As you can see, he is wearing the duct taped rally cap. And what is it that his shirt says?
