Too tired for sex stocks

One of my most unhealthy habits is not getting enough sleep. But how much is enough? I have heard that too much sleep is just as unhealthy. The right amount of sleep is important for staying physically fit and keeping your mind clear and sharp. Lack of sleep has been linked to errors such as "the Challenger disaster, the Chernobyl nuclear reactor meltdown and the Exxon Valdez oil spill." It will certainly cause you to make mistakes with trading and it won't help your sex life.
And if you sleep less, you are more likely to be fat.
After looking into it, it seems that 6-8 hours of sleep per night is ideal for optimal health.
