A delicious and healthy meal

First, start off with a glass of red Franzia boxed wine. Any good red wine will do, but Franzia is cheap and pretty good. Make sure you have it on an empty stomach and a full glass, so that you can really feel it. While drinking the wine, boil some organic red onion, zuchini and spinach in a pot. Cut an organic spaghetti squash in half, clean out the seeds, put it face down on a baking sheet and cook it in the oven at 400 for half an hour. When the boiling veggies are soft, drain the water and mix them back in the pot with a jar of Classico Tomato and Basil sauce. When the spaghetti squash is cooked, scoop it out with a fork in strands like noodles onto a plate. Pour the sauce on top and enjoy!
