My Healthy Life
The doctor gave me the results of a recent cholestrol test and he said "You are going to live to be 200. (ha ha ha)."
"You have the lowest cholestrol that I have seen for someone without an eating disorder." (He assumed I didn't have an eating disorder.)
"Are you a vegetarian?"
No, I am not. But these are my healthy habits:
1) 1 ounce of nuts per day
2) tomatoes daily
3) leafy greens daily
4) only whole grains
5) no refined sugar
6) green tea daily
7) exercise daily
8) fruits
9) dairy
10) fish weekly
These are my most unhealthy habits:
1) not enough sleep
2) getting drunk
3) getting stressed out
4) not enough stretching
5) not doing enough to help the poor and suffering people in the world
