First two things to buy for the new house

We settled on our house on Friday. These are the first two things I’d like to get for the new place:
Kegerator

A kegerator

Ping Pong
A ping-pong table

Another nice thing about having a house is that I can go to Costco and buy cheap bulk items and store them in the basement. Or when there is a sale on cereal, for example, at the grocery store, I can buy 20-30 boxes and store them in the basement.
