I have decided to go through and personally thank each person who has ever commented on this blog. Although I don’t always respond to them in a timely manner, your comments have had a huge impact on my thinking. I will begin with the first comment in the database and work my way through to the end, writing about a new commenter each day.

And this was the only comment that Roberto ever wrote on uglychart.com (unless he posted under a different name, email address and URL). Thank you, Roberto, for being a part of the discussion on uglychart.com - I sincerely appreciate it. It seems that you and your blog have come and gone during the years, still, this post is a tribute to you. I vaguely remember getting your comment in an email and vaguely remember a feeling of support, which gave me a very slight increase in confidence and optimism. For that I am grateful.
