Ron Paul: the best presidential candidate?
After my post about Warren Buffet’s support of Barrack Obama, many readers suggested Ron Paul, so I started asking around. I heard some good things and then some other things like he is racist and a member of the KKK. So I looked into it.
I like that he is involved with the Libertarian Party because I agree with a lot of things they stand for.
One thing interesting is that he mentions (in this video) the collapse of the bridge in Minneapolis, which I have been thinking about.
Milton Friedman liked him - that’s a plus for me.
I don’t know, he seems honest. I searched a bit and didn’t see anything that made me think he was racist.
There is a bumper sticker that says “Who is Ron Paul?” - for the Ayn Rand fans. That’s pretty cool. Ron Paul’s son’s name is Rand - I wonder if it is after Ayn Rand?
