Lots of sell orders will hit the tape. All the smart shmoes coming back from work tonight to see the market down so large will look to sell. Then we will likely see a whipsaw where the market recovers some losses. The dumb shmoes will think, ok its better now. Those bagholders will see their portfolios hit new lows for the year. We might recover from a 150 pt down move by 10:30. I heard this morning on CNBC that Bernake is speaking at 10:30. The Vix moved a lot today. I think we will see some minor reversion back to the mean, but it won't be the end of the selling. Think tradeable buy only. The market will open down. Lots of sell orders will hit the tape.
