The Damn Thing
My friend and I have been referring to the ATS (automated trading system) as “The Damn Thing” for the last few months. It lived up to its name today, as the damn thing tried to place a few orders that either didn’t go through or were immediately cancelled. I messed around with it in the afternoon and I think I figured out what was wrong. Hopefully it will run without trouble tomorrow.
