Make sure to drink your boxed resveratrol

boxed wine Resveratrol, which is found in boxed red wine is probably very good for you. It is definitely very good for mice, yeast and fruit flies. It has been reported to prevent cancer and contain antiviral properties. It is beneficial against stroke, high cholesterol and heart disease.
It is also thought to help prevent Alzheimer’s disease, as you can see in this news clip.
And now research shows that it prevents obesity and increases endurance.

An ordinary lab mouse will run about one kilometer — five-eights of a mile — on a treadmill before collapsing from exhaustion. But mice given resveratrol, a minor component of red wine and other foods, run twice as far.

“Resveratrol makes you look like a trained athlete without the training, Dr. Auwerx said in an interview.

Basically, it cures and prevents almost anything bad and it makes you younger, stronger and more beautiful.
Unfortunately if you drink more than one to two glasses per day it makes you unhealthy, old and turns your nose red.
