I would like to advise caution if you're going to try ritalin. I'm not sure of how addictive it is, but I heard lots of stories in college of other people abusing it. Some people weren't even taking it orally but would crush it and snort it. The underlying reason is to keep getting those A's in school. So I'm imagining at some point if it did help your trading, you'd feel like you need it to trade well and that might eventually lead to abuse.

nicotene helps with everything. i find it very hard to believe that you'd actually take ritalin. recreationally, i've taken 5 pills (on seperate occasions, don't remember the dosage) of the ol' adhd slasher and was amazed by what it did. also scared. my ability to focus was more than quadrupled, even thirtyeightupled. i'd love to have such focus all the time, but ritalin doesn't train one to have it on your own but rather seduces into needing the drug in order to get it. unless you're ok with becoming a junkie on wall st, i'd recommend meditation or puzzles or something else to tone up your brain. of course i'm just a scatter-brained maniac wading through the murk and swirls in my own head. but at the same time, i'm kinda curious what you'd think of it...
