The most healthy teas

I have been thinking a lot about tea lately, as you have probably noticed. I am starting to believe it is a daily medicine that I can take to prevent and cure any illness - even aging.
Besides green tea, there are a few other teas that are just as healthy:

White tea is an even greener form of green tea. So green, it is white. It is a more rare and expensive form of the same plant. It is picked earlier and supposed to be more fresh and healthy (i.e. more antioxidants).

Rooibos tea is a different plant from Africa. It is a red caffeine-free tea that has many health benefits. It has slightly less antioxidant content than green tea, but “the types of polyphenols in rooibos tea are different than those in green and black teas, so the potential health benefits of the teas cannot be compared solely on their total polyphenol content.” It also has low tannin, so it has a milder taste and won’t become bitter after long steeping times. “Some people can receive a higher total antioxidant intake from rooibos than from green or black tea because the low tannin content and caffeine-free nature of rooibos allow it to be consumed in larger quantities.”

Mate tea is a South American nutritious evergreen with high antioxidant content. I just discovered this one today and a lot of the information on the internet seems to be people trying to sell it, so I am currently trying to sort it all out.
